Spartans Gym was the result of Australian Body Building Champion Don Mahoney’s dream to set up one of the first world class gyms in Australia.

Established in 1991, Spartans Gym was the result of Australian Body Building Champion Don Mahoney’s dream to set up one of the first world class gyms in Australia. Spartans is widely renowned as a real ‘results’ gym, where people from all walks of life come to get fit and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Our Gym is affordable for all and features a huge range of modern cardio-vascular equipment, resistance machines, free weights, fitness classes, steam and sauna room, and an indoor running track.

Spartans is such a great gym been training here for over a year now and I wouldn’t change it. I love how diverse this gym is it’s literally for everyone. Whenever there is an issue with machinery or maintenance it’s fixed straight away. Gym staff are lovely as well.

Been a member here for about 5 years. Great gym with plenty of equipment which is constantly upgraded. Also has old school equipment too. The addition of the Warrior zone has been fantastic and did my first 6 week Challenge just before Christmas which was awesome. Lots of classes and boot camps, great trainers and very affordable.

The new war zone area at Spartans Gym is amazing. The place is perfect for the boot camp sessions and all equipment is in excellent condition. The classes tend to get a lot of people which gives you the oportunity to meet others who want to achieve similar fitness goals. Don't miss out!
