A specialised over 60’s gym circuit class suitable for those with arthritis or osteoporosis, back/neck pain, joint replacement, shortness of breath or difficulty walking or balancing.
Low Step and Tone
A low impact aerobic/step class suitable for all ages and abilities. You are fully in control in your choice of difficulty level and will burn fat with this one! Tone up using light hand weights, the class also includes some stretching.
Classes are holistic including breathing work, warm ups, vinyasa (flowing postures), body awareness in holding asana (postures), relaxation and sometimes meditation and smiling. This practice strengthens, stretches and relaxes. The class is suitable for beginners to advanced with options to suit the individual.
